coming in 2025 . . .

Meet more Flaggies in the next book and find out what's been happening in Flaggydub. The book is underway and is expected to be out in the New Year.

Meet a few Flaggies. . .

here's Cam, Mr Cromble, Lil and Cam's friends.

Cam is a friendly young Flaggy who tries to see the best in all situations. His visit to Mr Cromble's causes him to have a little wobble on this outlook, but he's not for changing! Baking is his new hobby - some things turn out better than others!

Orla loves to walk and always has a backpack ready to set off on another trek. She has covered the island many times and often sets off in a boat to discover more distant places to enjoy.

Mr Cromble is quite happy to be by himself and never feels the need to join in with village life or events, or even say ‘Hello’. He's always on the lookout for a bargain or, even better, freebies and is known all over Flaggydub for being grumpy, mean and miserly.

Nancy and Naylor are best friends. They both love sport and their favourite game is having keepy-uppy contests. They're both pretty good so there is never an overall winner.

Rory loves to read and regularly has his nose in a book. He's quiet and sensible, but loves a good joke. The youngsters go to him for help and advice when they need it.

Lil lives in a big house in the heart of the village, where everyone loves to pop in for a chat and catch up. Youngsters regularly call in just to chill on the enormous cosy sofas she made for the conservatory. She also enjoys making furniture for other Mustelly residents.

Keen to practice his football skills, Naylor is hardly ever seen without a ball, which he shares with Nancy when she doesn't have one with her.

First of the Flaggydub stories!

Cam's Crombly Christmas is the first in a series of 'The Flaggies of Flaggydub' adventures featuring stoats that live on the island of Mustelly.

This is a heart-warming Christmas story aimed at 5 -7 year olds, who can enjoy a vivid, contrasting approach to hospitality and generosity as Cam and Mr Cromble cross paths one snowy winter.
